Minister Speaks on Waste - 06 March 2006

In order to secure long-term sustainability, we also need to shift our thinking towards treating waste more as a resource, to be recovered wherever economic, social and environmental benefits can be gained.  This was part of a message from Ben Bradshaw, UK Minister fir the Environment,  to  the Chartered Institute of Waste Management recently.

Recycling Targets to 2010 - 01 December 2005
